Cucumber - Dill Salad
-Fresh herbs (Dill)
-Kosher Salt/ Sea Salt
>Clean the cucumber
>Peel the cucumber using a peeler
>Cut the cucumber lengthwise
>Remove the seeds using a spoon.
>Slice into small pieces using a sharp knife
>Add kosher salt and mix in a colander let it drain for 1 hour to allow the salt to cook the cucumber a bit and to drain the water in the cucumber
>Wash out the salt
>Pour the slices on a clean towel and dry them
>Place the slices in a bowl
>Add the Dill then add sour cream and mix well using a spoon.
>Season with salt and pepper
>Ready to serve
